Term and Condition

Jakarta Beer Week 2026

1. General Information
  1. Jakarta Beer Week (“Event”) is a festival featuring beer brands, beverages, and entertainment experiences.
  2. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, attendees are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to modify event details without prior notice if necessary.
2. Ticketing & Entry
  1. Tickets are valid only for the date and session stated.
  2. Each ticket contains a unique QR Code and can only be used once.
  3. Attendees must exchange their ticket for an official wristband to gain entry.
  4. Wristbands must be worn at all times within the Event area and are non-transferable.
  5. Lost, damaged, or invalid tickets are not the responsibility of the Organizer.
3. Age Restriction
  1. This Event is strictly 21+ only.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry if age requirements are not met.
4. Alcohol Consumption Policy
  1. Alcohol must be consumed responsibly.
  2. The Organizer and participating vendors reserve the right to:
    • Refuse service to intoxicated individuals
  3. It is strictly prohibited to:
    • Bring alcohol from outside the Event
    • Provide alcohol to underage attendees
5. Security & Prohibited Items
  1. For safety reasons, the following items are not allowed:
    • Weapons or dangerous objects
    • Illegal drugs or substances
    • Outside food and beverages (including alcohol)
    • Drones without authorization
    • Any items deemed unsafe by security
  2. All attendees must:
    • Undergo security checks upon entry
    • Comply with instructions from Event staff
6. Wristband Policy
  1. Wristbands serve as the primary access credential.
  2. Wristbands that are:
    • damaged
    • removed
    • lost
  3. Will be considered invalid and will not be replaced.
  4. Different ticket categories will receive different wristband types/colors based on access level.
7. Event Rules & Conduct
  1. Attendees are expected to:
    • behave respectfully and responsibly
    • maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
    • comply with all Event rules and regulations
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to:
    • remove any attendee without refund for misconduct, disorderly behavior, or violation of rules
8. Liability Disclaimer
  1. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
  2. The Organizer is not liable for:
    • loss or damage of personal property
    • injury caused by personal negligence
  3. Attendees acknowledge that the Event involves:
    • large crowds
    • alcohol consumption
    • live entertainment activities
9. Photography & Media Release
  1. By attending the Event, attendees consent to:
    • being photographed and recorded
    • the use of such materials for promotional purposes without compensation
10. Weather & Unexpected Changes
  1. The Event will proceed under normal weather conditions.
  2. The Organizer is not responsible for changes or cancellations due to:
    • extreme weather
    • natural disasters
    • government regulations
    • other force majeure circumstances
11. Refund Policy
  1. All tickets are non-refundable.
  2. No refunds will be issued for:
    • no-show
    • violation of Event rules
12. Right of Admission Reserved
  1. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who:
    • does not meet entry requirements
    • violates Event policies
    • poses a safety risk
